Leila Sara Kazerouni

Leila is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to M&A and initial public offerings. Leila received her JD from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law.
