About Lily
Lily counsels and represents employers in all aspects of employment law, including wage and hour, trade secret litigation, noncompetition, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, employee separations, workplace accommodations and the California Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA). She has extensive experience litigating single-plaintiff cases, class actions and multidistrict litigation matters in both state and federal courts.
In addition, Lily frequently counsels and advises employers on general employment compliance matters and other personnel management matters, including terminations, employee discipline, employee handbooks, severance and release agreements, and confidentiality agreements. She also is passionate about pro bono work and advises nonprofit organizations on a variety of employment matters.
During law school, she was a board member of the San Diego Law Review, a member of the Moot Court and externed for Judge M. Margaret McKeown of the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. After law school, Lily clerked for Judge Anthony J. Battaglia of the US District Court for the Southern District of California and worked as an employment associate attorney for an international law firm.
