About Linda
Linda's practice focuses on electronic discovery in complex commercial litigation and government investigations. She has decades of experience at the intersection of law and technology, and she employs this experience to deliver efficient and cost-effective discovery results for her clients.
Linda’s experience includes counseling and representing clients in large discovery matters in federal and state courts, as well as in the US Court of International Trade. She has extensive experience leading the eDiscovery element of meet-and-confer conferences, preparing and negotiating electronically stored information (ESI) protocols, and drafting and responding to discovery motions and requests. She also regularly counsels clients and colleagues on complex legal issues related to eDiscovery, the attorney-client privilege and work product doctrine, and litigation readiness.
Prior to joining Cooley, Linda served as the resident expert in eDiscovery at an international intellectual property law firm, based in Washington, DC. There, she worked closely with their litigation and trial teams to advise clients on eDiscovery issues and readiness.
