Lisa Cossi

Lisa Cossi leads the firm’s resource development and knowledge management strategy in the capital markets practice group. In that role, she advises on current issues and developments in capital markets and securities, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, liability management and SPAC transactions. Lisa is also responsible for developing thought leadership for the practice and leveraging the firm’s resources and legal technology to facilitate efficient deal flow and knowledge sharing on capital markets and securities matters across the firm.
