Liz Paisner

Liz assists and advises clients in a wide range of industries and at all stages of their life cycles with their commercial, technology and IP strategy and transactions. She has experience drafting commercial, intellectual property and technology agreements and advising on various commercial transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, technology development and strategic investments.

Prior to becoming a technology transactions attorney, Liz worked for a number of venture-backed startups in India and the US.
