Lunga Su

Lunga Su focuses her practice on venture capital and private equity transactions, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment and general corporate matters in various sectors, including life sciences, online education, online game, online finance, technology, etc. She assists international and PRC based clients in their investments and financings, cross-border transactions, and also their general corporate or operational matters. She is specialized at VIE structure, joint venture structure and other complex deal structures and has significant exposure in commercial negotiation representing sophisticated venture capital or private equity clients and emerging companies.

Prior to joining Cooley, Lunga was an associate with a sophisticated PRC law firm for five years.

Lunga is a native Mandarin speaker and is fluent in English.
