Madeleine McNally

Madeleine handles a variety of complex commercial and securities litigation matters. She also has experience conducting internal investigations and defending clients in government investigations. Her clients include innovators across numerous industries. Madeleine also maintains a robust pro bono practice.

Before joining Cooley, Madeleine worked in the information technology and legal departments of a data management company. Madeleine’s work focused on internal data privacy and security compliance. During law school, Madeleine was a member of UC Law SF’s Communications and Entertainment Journal. She also participated in her school’s mediation program, providing mediation services for San Mateo Small Claims Court.
