Mara Rosario

Mara is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through every stage of a company’s life cycle, including venture financings, initial public offerings and mergers & acquisitions. Her clients vary from life sciences and tech companies to nonprofits.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Mara served as vice president of the Latin American Law Student Association and as secretary of First Generation Professionals from 2020 – 2021. She also was a student attorney in the Compliance Policy Clinic.
