Margaux Arntson

Margaux is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She handles a variety of corporate matters across a wide range of industries. Her work focuses on advising clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters including venture capital financings, strategic transactions, corporate governance and initial public offerings.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Margaux served as a staff member on the Review of Banking & Financial Law. She also was involved in the Women’s Law Association and First Generation Professionals and served as a student attorney in the Compliance Policy Clinic during her final year.
