About Marina
Marina Remennik is special counsel in the emerging companies and securities regulation practice groups an joined Cooley in 2008. Her practice is focused on corporate securities, mergers & acquisitions, venture capital financings, and general corporate and business matters. Marina advises both public and private companies in a broad range of industries, including life sciences, networking, telecommunications and semiconductors. Marina also advises clients in corporate and financial transactions, including public offerings, private placements of equity and debt securities, mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financings transactions. Her practice also includes general corporate and securities law counseling, including the ongoing reporting requirements of public companies, corporate governance matters and Sarbanes-Oxley compliance issues.
Prior to joining Cooley, she was an associate at Heller Ehrman LLP, practicing corporate and securities law in the Corporate/VLG practice group.
Marina is fluent in Russian.
