Mark represents emerging growth and public companies, with an emphasis on private financings, public offerings, strategic partnerships, and mergers and acquisitions. His clients are primarily in the technology industry, including artificial intelligence (AI), security, and software as a service (SaaS); mobile, wireless, and networking; and semiconductors. Mark also regularly represents venture capital firms in investments in emerging growth companies.
Mark co-founded a law firm focused on representing high-potential technology companies and was also a partner at a US-based international law firm.
