Matt Martinez

Matt focuses his practice on securities litigation, including the defense of securities class actions and derivative suits. He also represents clients in general commercial litigation, concentrating on the aviation industry.

Prior to pursuing a career in law, Matt served for over 12 years as a US Marine Corps fighter pilot and managed large teams of Marines. Given his experience as a military aviator, Matt has a deep understanding of aviation equipment manufacturers and operators, which informs his representation of domestic and foreign manufacturers, Department of Defense contractors, domestic air carriers and airport sponsors. Matt is also an FAA-licensed fixed wing pilot.
