About Matthew
Matthew represents high-growth companies and investment banks in a broad range of capital market transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on offerings, at-the-market (ATM) offerings and other equity offerings, as well as high-yield, investment-grade and convertible debt issuances and acquisitions. He also has experience representing companies with respect to general corporate and securities matters, including corporate governance issues and US Securities and Exchange Commission reporting.
Before joining Cooley, Matthew was a corporate paralegal at a US-based law firm. During law school, he was a staff editor on the New York Law School Law Review, vice president of the Dispute Resolution Team, and editor in chief of the Moot Court Association.
When not advising companies, Matthew enjoys spending time fly fishing on the river with family and friends.
