About Max
Max represents companies in complex civil litigation, with a focus on cases involving technology and the internet. He has experience with consumer class actions, business disputes and regulatory enforcement. Many of the cases Max litigates involve cybersecurity and data breaches, privacy, mobile software, ecommerce and antitrust issues. He has handled appeals before the US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and California Court of Appeals, among others.
Max also represents company founders in investigations, disputes with investors and criminal matters.
