Meera Patel

Meera Patel practices general business and corporate law. She represents both private and public companies among a wide range of industries and at all stages of their life cycle, including company formations, corporate governance matters, venture capital and other private financings, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings.

While earning her JD from the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, Meera served as supervising editor of the California Law Review. She also worked as a law student intern at East Bay Community Law Center in its Health and Welfare Clinic.

Prior to joining Cooley, Meera was an associate at Paul Hastings LLP.
