About Megan
Megan has advised both lenders and borrowers in connection with a wide range of debt finance transactions across the credit spectrum, including corporate finance, structured finance and restructuring.
She has experience in a number of sectors, including technology, life sciences, retail and real estate.
Prior to joining Cooley, Megan spent two years as an associate in the banking group of a leading international law firm. In 2016, Megan was seconded to the legal department of Moody’s Investors Service in London.
