About Megan
Megan represents emerging companies, public companies, and venture capital funds on a broad range of transactional and environmental, social and governance (ESG) matters. In addition to counseling clients through all stages of their business life cycle, including formation, day-to-day corporate governance, private financings, and public offerings, Megan advises companies across multiple industries on their ESG strategy and compliance, impact reporting, and other sustainability topics. Megan also maintains an active pro bono practice, with an emphasis on the arts sector.
