About Michael
Michael advises emerging growth companies on a range of matters, including corporate governance, venture financings, securities reporting and other issues. His practice spans industries, such as tech, artificial intelligence and sports.
Before entering the legal field, Michael co-authored an academic article exploring the development of leadership and interpersonal skills in digital environments. He is passionate about advancing diversity and equity efforts and maintains an active pro bono practice.
