About Mickeala
Mickeala advises clients in a range of industries and at all stages of their life cycles regarding their technology and intellectual property transactions. She has experience drafting commercial, intellectual property, and technology agreements, as well as advising on various commercial transactions, including mergers & acquisitions, intellectual property licensing, technology development and strategic investments.
Before becoming a technology transactions lawyer, Mickeala worked as an engineer focused on process development and scale-up. During law school, Mickeala was an intern at the Office of Intellectual Property & Industry Research Alliances (IPIRA) at UC Berkeley.
