Mikaela Moore

Mikaela is an associate in Cooley’s corporate practice group. She advises clients through various stages of the business life cycle in matters ranging from corporate governance and venture capital financings to M&A and initial public offerings.

While attending Boston University School of Law, Mikaela was note editor of the American Journal of Law & Medicine and a student attorney at the BU/MIT Technology Law Clinic. She also served as a president of the Black Law Students Association.
