About Minkyu
Minkyu represents investment banks and public and private companies, particularly in the life sciences and technology industries, on capital markets and general corporate matters. He provides advice on a variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, PIPE financings and Rule 144A transactions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Minkyu was an associate in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. Before law school, Minkyu served in the Korean military battalion of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon to conduct peacekeeping operations.
