About Minkyu
Minkyu Park represents investment banks and public and private companies, particularly in the life sciences and technology industries, on capital markets and general corporate matters. He provides advice on a variety of securities transactions, including initial public offerings, follow-on equity offerings, PIPE financings and Rule 144A transactions.
Prior to joining Cooley, Minkyu was an associate in the New York office of Shearman & Sterling LLP. Before law school, Minkyu served in the Korean military battalion of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon to conduct peacekeeping operations.
