Mo advises clients on a broad range of antitrust and competition matters, including global merger control, foreign direct investment, regulatory compliance and competition litigation. She has a particular interest in digital regulation and competition in technology and life sciences markets.

As a trainee solicitor, Mo practiced in Cooley’s antitrust, corporate, technology transactions and products groups. Before the commencement of her training, she gained in-house legal experience at a major film studio, working on film and TV production, acquisition, and distribution, as well as at a consumer electronics company.
