Mo Swart

Mo is an associate in Cooley’s London corporate group. She advises clients on a range of corporate matters including venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions and corporate reorganisations. Mo advises companies and their investors at every stage of the corporate life cycle.

As a trainee solicitor, she practiced in Cooley’s corporate, technology transactions, antitrust and products groups. Before Mo started her training, she worked in house at a major film studio on film and TV production, acquisition and distribution, and for a business-to-consumer (B2C) electronics company.
