About Narmada

Narmada practices general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging companies, public companies and venture capital funds. Narmada represents her clients throughout the business life cycle in matters such as venture financings, mergers & acquisitions, public offerings, and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting and compliance.

In her gap year, Narmada worked with the Bangladesh Legal Aid and Services Trust as a UC Berkeley Chowdhury Center intern. During law school, Narmada was a 1L summer law clerk in the fund formation practice at Gunderson Dettmer, a 2L legal intern at Sequoia Heritage, and a 2L summer associate in the fund formation and corporate practices at Cooley. Narmada was a member of the Michigan Technology Law Review and a board member of the Michigan Law South Asian Law Students Association.
