Natalie D. Vernon

Natalie Vernon focuses on mergers and acquisitions and represents strategic and financial buyers and sellers in public and private transaction across a range of industries. Her practice focuses on asset sales and purchases, joint ventures and other complex business transactions. Natalie also has experience in corporate governance matters, including advising on shareholder activism, as well as capital markets transactions.

Prior to joining Cooley, Natalie was an associate at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP in New York and clerked for the Honorable Michael J. Melloy of the US Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
