About Navya
Navya focuses her practice on the representation of public and private companies in the life sciences industry. She advises clients on licensing agreements, research collaborations and early-stage commercial transactions, as well as life sciences-related intellectual property matters within other corporate transactions, such as mergers and acquisitions. Navya also maintains a robust pro bono practice centering on access to healthcare and reproductive rights.
During law school, Navya was a student attorney in the Technology Law and Policy Clinic at New York University School of Law, an intern in the Cyberlaw Clinic at Harvard Law School and a student fellow at the Engelberg Center for Innovation Law and Policy. Navya also was on the board of the South Asian Law Students Association. At commencement, she received the Walter J. Derenberg Prize for outstanding achievement in intellectual property law. Before law school, Navya worked in global health.
