About Nicholas
Nick is an attorney practicing transactional commercial real estate law with a background in corporate law. As a corporate attorney, Nick counsels emerging growth companies and mature private and public clients on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, equity and debt financings, mergers & acquisitions and ongoing Securities and Exchange Commission disclosures. In his real estate practice, Nick advises clients on financings, dispositions, acquisitions and leasing of commercial property, including office, retail and lab space. Nick’s experience and knowledge as a corporate attorney augments his real estate practice and provides him with a unique background, enabling him to effectively protect his clients’ business and real estate interests.
During law school, Nick worked on the William & Mary Law Review, served on the dean’s Diversity & Inclusion Advisory Committee and was an executive board member for the William & Mary Public Service Fund. As an undergraduate, Nick was a chosen to be a Global Politics Fellow at George Mason University, and in 2016, he was the keynote speaker at the American Physical Therapy Association National Conference. Nick also won the MedStar National Rehabilitation Network Gala Victory Award in 2014.
