About Nick
Nick represents public and private companies in connection with a variety of US and cross-border transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, carve outs and other complex business transactions. While most active in the technology sector, Nick's experience includes representation of companies across a broad range of industries, such as media and entertainment, life sciences, retail, agribusiness, transportation and business services.
During his time at the University of San Diego School of Law, Nick was staff editor of the San Diego International Law Journal.

- Microsoft in various transactions, including acquisitions of Suplari, CloudKnox Security, FSLogix, Semantic Machines, Avere Systems, Mobile Data Labs and Sunrise Atelier*
- Orion Systems Integrators in its sale to One Equity Partners*
- Pacific Market International in its sale to The HAVI Group*
- Weyerhaeuser Co. in its agreement to sell to Nippon Paper Industries for $285 million in cash*
- Xenon arc in its sale to Peak Rock Capital*
