About Nitasha

Dr. Nitasha Bennett is a member of the life science patent practice with experience in patent drafting and prosecution in technology areas relating to immunology, cellular therapies, genomic engineering, biopharmaceuticals, gene therapies, drug discovery and cancer therapeutics. While completing her PhD in Chemistry at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, Nitasha developed experience at the intersection of material science and biology and was the recipient of honors including Excellence in Research Award (2014), NSF Research Fellowship (2011) and NIH Biotechnology Fellowship (2009). Nitasha’s research experience includes postdoctoral work at the Koch Institute for Integrative Cancer Research at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where she worked in the field of immune engineering and oncology.
