About Palmer
Palmer represents clients in government enforcement matters, including civil and criminal investigations and litigation. She has represented clients before government agencies, including the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, Department of Justice, Securities and Exchange Commission and numerous state attorneys general. Palmer has counseled companies in a range of industries, including financial services, technology, energy and telecommunications. Her practice also involves representing clients in a range of complex commercial litigation matters, including at trial and in bankruptcy court.
Palmer maintains an active pro bono practice and has experience in family law, immigration and death penalty matters.
