Pam Shu

Pam represents emerging and high-growth companies through all stages of the corporate life cycle – from formation and funding to mergers & acquisitions and public offerings. Pam also provides guidance on corporate governance issues and advises venture capital clients on financing transactions.

Pam was a Law Fellow at Georgetown University Law Center and participated in the Social Enterprise and Nonprofit Law Clinic.
