About Peter
Peter Crain utilizes his experience and practical business approach to assist clients with all types of commercial real estate transactions and to help them accomplish their real estate goals. Peter specializes in complex real estate transactions, including purchases/sales and leasing for office, data center, retail, warehouse, industrial, wireless telecommunication facilities, broadcast television stations, renewable energy projects and mixed-use developments. His clients include all types of commercial real estate owners, developers and occupants. He regularly works with Cooley’s broadcast, telecommunications and mergers and acquisitions clients on the real estate aspects of their transactions. His extensive experience has included dealing with various types of property related issues, such as title and survey, environmental, condemnation, covenants, conditions, restrictions, easements, associations and condominiums.
Peter’s deep understanding of wireless, broadcast and telecommunications real estate issues comes, in part, from a previous career in the wireless telecommunication industry, where he specialized in negotiating wireless telecommunication tower lease agreements for many of the major telecommunications companies and others in the wireless telecommunications industry.
Peter is also active in pro-bono matters and serves various roles for multiple non-profit organizations, including as a director on the board for a cancer foundation.
