Philip Kwan focuses on corporate finance and general business transactions, including initial public offerings, spin-offs and regulatory compliance works and has extensive experience in advising clients in Hong Kong and mainland China.

Prior to joining Cooley, Philip worked at the Hong Kong office of an international law firm.

Philip is a native Cantonese speaker and is fluent in English and Mandarin.
