Phoebe Huang

Phoebe received her JD concurrently with her LLM in healthcare law from the University of Washington School of Law. During her time in law school, Phoebe served as a judicial extern to Justice Charles K. Wiggins of the Washington Supreme Court. Phoebe also externed at the Seattle Children’s Hospital, the Washington State Office of the Attorney General and the Seattle City Attorney’s Office.

In addition to her practice, Phoebe serves as co-chair of the firm’s diversity and pro bono committees, as well as chair of the Cooley Inclusion Alliance in the Seattle office.

Phoebe has served on the board of directors for the Asian Bar Association of Washington since 2020 and the board of directors for the Bellevue Youth Symphony Orchestra since 2022.
