Priya Gambhir

Priya handles a wide variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state court, including securities litigation, shareholder litigation and contract disputes. She represents industry leaders and innovators in a range of sectors, including technology, venture capital, biosciences and pharmaceuticals. Priya also is dedicated to her pro bono work and maintains a robust pro bono practice.

At the University of California, Irvine, School of Law, Priya served as an advocate in the Civil Rights Litigation Clinic, representing clients in federal and state court for claims arising under the US Constitution. Priya also led multiple organizations – including the Women’s Law Society, Law Students for Educational Equity and the Saturday Academy of Law, a program that fosters diversity in the legal profession by teaching underserved high school students about the law and pathways to law school.
