
About Rachel
Rachel represents clients in high-stakes intellectual property litigation, with a focus on patent disputes in federal district court and before the US Patent and Trademark Office. She has experience handling patent infringement, Hatch-Waxman, and trade secret matters across a range of industries, including pharmaceuticals, chemical and materials processing, and software. Rachel also maintains a strong pro bono practice dedicated to supporting active-duty service members and veterans, drawing on her experience as a captain in the US Army Reserve.
She earned her JD from George Mason University’s Antonin Scalia Law School, where she served as publications editor of the Journal of Law, Economics & Policy and provided pro bono services to entrepreneurs and inventors as a member of Scalia Law’s Innovation Law Clinic. Before pursuing her JD, Rachel worked in the materials science field, developing biodegradable polymers.
