About Randwulf
Rand Singleton focuses his practice on the representation of startup and emerging growth companies with an emphasis on company formations, venture capital financings, recapitalizations, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate matters. His practice also focuses on the formation, organization and operation of venture capital funds including their general partner and management company entities.
Prior to joining the firm in 2019, Rand was an associate with Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP in Silicon Valley. He also served as a legal intern to the Honorable Judge Robert Wherry at the US Tax Court in Washington, DC.
While at Colorado Law, Rand served as an articles editor on the University of Colorado Law Review, earned the Entrepreneurial Law Certificate as well as the Tax Law Certificate, and completed the Public Service Pledge. He is an avid boulderer and Eagle Scout. Rand is an active alumnus of Deerfield Academy (’10) and Eaglebrook School (’07).
