About Rasha

Rasha Printz focuses her practice in the corporate law arena. She represents both buy-side and sell-side entities in mergers and acquisitions. She advises emerging companies on corporate governance and financings, and counsels publically traded companies on a breadth of corporate matters.

Rasha was accepted into law school as a Mason Law Scholar, on a full-tuition scholarship granted by the university. While in law school, Rasha was a member of the International Legal Honor Society (Phi Delta Phi), Business Law Society and Military Law Society.

Following her second year of study, Rasha was selected for a study abroad program in National Security & Separation of Powers, taught by Supreme Court Justice Neil M. Gorsuch in Padua, Italy. During her tenure, she worked in-house at Carfax, Inc., primarily reviewing master services agreements and statements of work. Additionally, she worked in civil litigation at Chap Petersen & Associates, PLC, conducting legal research and drafting memoranda.

Prior to law school, Rasha worked in human resources, for two mid-size defense contractors. She focused on employee and labor relations, developing strategic provisions for union negotiations and conducting internal investigations into claims of discrimination and misconduct.
