Rebeca Kinslow

Rebeca focuses her practice on general corporate and securities law, representing emerging and high-growth companies throughout the business life cycle. She assists clients with corporate matters, including entity formation, venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) reporting and compliance, and corporate governance.

During her time at Santa Clara University School of Law, Rebeca interned in-house at a public company in the networking hardware field. She was also an editor for the Santa Clara Law Review and served as a leader for the Latinx Law Student Association and the First-Generation Law Student Association. Rebeca received the Dean’s Outstanding Student Leadership Award in recognition of her efforts to extend professional opportunities to her peers. Additionally, she earned the High Tech Law Certificate with honors, graduating in the top 2% of her law school class.
