Rebecca Halbach

Rebecca advises companies on product-related legislation in the European Union, with a particular focus on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues. She also helps clients comply with sanctions regulations and export control rules. Rebecca is committed to keeping clients up to date on EU, UK and global developments in her focus areas, enabling them to identify and act on relevant changes as early as possible.

Rebecca has experience providing compliance advice to clients in the tech, consumer products, pharmaceuticals, batteries, textiles, energy and banking sectors. She also has experience assisting clients in the written stage of proceedings before the General Court of the European Union as part of a larger team and in arbitrations. Rebecca previously worked at the European Commission and the World Health Organization.
