About Rebecca
Rebecca Evanson specializes in commercial lending, debt finance and secured transactions. Her practice focuses on the representation of emerging growth companies, financial institutions and asset-based lenders with respect to credit finance arrangements.
Prior to joining Cooley, Rebecca was an associate at Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich in East Palo Alto, California. During law school she served as a judicial extern to the Honorable James Ware, United States District Court Judge for the Northern District of California.
Rebecca received her JD degree from University of California Davis School of Law, where she was co-editor of the Journal of International Law and Policy and recipient of the UC Davis School of Law-Deborah J. Frick Memorial Scholarship for excellence in business law.
