Rebecca advises and supports Cooley’s private equity practice group on current issues and developments in mergers and acquisitions, including corporate governance, regulatory updates and market trends in the private equity space. She also leads innovation and knowledge management initiatives, developing new practice resources and brainstorming ways to deliver better, faster and more efficient legal services to the firm’s clients.
