About Reem
Reem represents clients in complex commercial disputes. Her experience spans high-stakes government and internal investigations, securities litigation, and cases involving intellectual property and trade secret misappropriation.
Before joining Cooley, Reem clerked for Judge Gregory B. Williams of the US District Court for the District of Delaware. She began her legal career at a prominent Dallas law firm, guiding clients through every phase of litigation, from discovery to trial.
In law school, Reem served as online editor of the Duke Law Journal and was deeply involved in the school’s diversity recruitment efforts. Before pursuing her legal education, Reem worked at a leading immigration firm and volunteered extensively with refugee communities.
