About Reza
Reza practices general corporate and securities law. He focuses his practice on representing emerging and high growth companies and their investors through all stages of the business life cycle, from startups to public companies. His practice covers a range of general corporate and transactional matters, including venture financings, public company offerings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance.
In law school, Reza served as a student associate in the Entrepreneurial Law Clinic, where he advised startup companies on a variety corporate and employment matters. He also served on the Managing Board of the Virginia Tax Review and clerked for Judge Alan Paez at the Federal Mine Safety and Health Review Commission in Washington, DC
Prior to law school, Reza worked at an immigration law firm in San Francisco.
