Robert Warshaw

Robert Warshaw focuses his practice on general corporate and securities law, with an emphasis on the representation of emerging growth companies, venture capital funds and public companies.

Prior to joining Cooley, Robert was an associate in the corporate group of Cravath, Swaine & Moore in New York. While at the University of Virginia School of Law, Robert served on the editorial board of the Virginia Law Review.
