Ron Metzger

Ron Metzger is experienced in corporate and securities matters, including public offerings, venture capital financings, ongoing corporate maintenance and Securities and Exchange Commission reporting requirements.

Prior to joining Cooley, he worked as a paralegal for five years in the corporate/banking department at Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy in Los Angeles. Before moving to California, Ron was a paralegal for three years in the corporate/real estate department at Andrews, Davis, Legg, Bixler, Milsten & Price in Oklahoma City.
