About Ronan

Ronan focuses his practice on business and securities litigation. He handles a variety of complex commercial litigation matters in federal and state courts, representing a wide range of clients in disputes, from pre-litigation stages through trial. Ronan also maintains an active pro bono practice, with a focus on asylum cases, criminal justice and impact litigation.  

Ronan earned his JD from the University of San Diego School of Law, where he graduated in the top quarter of his class. During his time at USD, Ronan received the highest grade in his Public International Law, Business Transactions in the People’s Republic of China, and Sports and the Law courses. He was vice president of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot team, vice president of the Sports & Entertainment Law Society and an editing member of the San Diego International Law Journal. Additionally, Ronan had two works published in the San Diego International Law Journal – an article on modern Irish tax law and policy and a case note on Poland’s rule of law crisis. While balancing school and extracurriculars, Ronan completed an externship with the US Attorney’s Office. Before law school, Ronan worked for the Law Offices of Alton F. Kuperman and the San Diego Legion rugby club.
