About Samuel
Sam focuses his practice on complex real estate transactions, including commercial leasing, acquisitions and dispositions.
Before joining Cooley, Sam was an associate at another large law firm for several years, representing clients in various real estate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, financings, leasing, development, conservation easements, conservation-related acquisitions, and corporate acquisitions and restructurings.
In law school, Sam worked as an articles editor for the University of Richmond Law Review and served as a judicial extern for Chief Judge Roger L. Gregory of the US Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit.
