
About Sarah
Sarah focuses on drafting and preparing biotechnology and pharmaceutical patents. She has experience in topics such as the microbiome, genomics, epidemiology and microbiology.
Sarah conducted her doctoral research in epidemiology and the microbiome at the University of Maryland School of Medicine. Her work focused on evaluating the impact of diabetes and oral antidiabetic drugs on the genitorurinary microbiome, with a particular emphasis on understanding how various bacterial taxa were affected. During this work, Sarah gained extensive experience in coordinating and analyzing clinical studies involving pharmaceutical drugs and medical devices. This research culminated in several first-author publications and fellowships.
