About Sarah
Sarah has a broad practice focusing on high-stakes commercial disputes in many areas, including general commercial, securities, antitrust and trade secrets litigation, as well as appeals. She has advised clients regarding litigation, regulatory and business strategy at all stages – from pre-litigation through post-settlement – as well as appeals in federal and state courts across the US. Sarah also maintains an active pro bono practice.
Sarah’s representative matters include:
- Representing the National Association of Realtors in antitrust litigation in multiple federal courts
- Representing Katapult in a securities class action in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York
- Representing board members of a special purpose acquisition company in a fiduciary duty class action in the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Representing Arlo Technologies in a securities class action in California state court and appellate court following a successful motion to dismiss
- Representing Rappi in contract and tort litigation in the Delaware Court of Chancery
- Representing Pie Insurance in trade secret and tort litigation in the US District Court for the Southern District of Mississippi and in a subsequent appeal to the US Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit following a successful motion to dismiss
- Authoring numerous amicus briefs in federal and international courts on behalf of international health organizations challenging abortion restrictions
- Representing Zoom in a privacy class action in the US District Court for the Northern District of California
- Representing Qualcomm in numerous high-stakes disputes and investigations around the world relating to the company’s patent licensing and modem chipset businesses, including representing the company in US federal courts and before regulatory agencies in the US and Taiwan*
- Representing Mylan in a securities class action in the US District Court for the Southern District of New York*
- Representing Colgate-Palmolive in products liability litigation regarding talcum powder products in state courts nationwide*
- Participating in the negotiation of a consent decree with the Department of Justice on behalf of NCR Corporation regarding environmental cleanup liability at the Allied Paper, Inc./Portage Creek/Kalamazoo River Superfund site*
- Representing the Pacific Gas and Electric Company in US Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of California*
- Representing Credit Suisse in residential mortgage-backed securities litigations in state, federal and appellate courts nationwide*
