About Scott
Scott D. Rudin represents emerging growth companies and the investors that fund them in a diverse range of critical transactions, from formation through funding and liquidity events. He also provides clients with day-to-day advice on corporate governance matters, strategic transactions and general legal issues. He has worked on a diverse range of critical transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, initial public offerings and venture capital financings.
Before joining Cooley, Scott was an associate in the mergers and acquisitions group of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
